Learn more about me:

I am currently Director of Institutional Effectiveness at St. Norbert College. I have a proven record of implementing solutions that impact change, successful strategic decision-making and planning, improvements in operational efficiency and flexibility, and a passion for collaborative teamwork. I enjoy tackling complex problems and building systems that make a difference.

In my current role, I help oversee the coordination of assessment of student learning outcomes, support institutional accreditation efforts, and oversee the administration of external and locally developed higher education surveys--including the statistical analysis, interpretation, and reporting of survey findings.  I develop and update data visualizations and interactive dashboards (primarily using Tableau), refine research questions, construct datasets and extract data, conduct statistical analyses, summarize research findings. Our office also works to support faculty, staff, student, and collaborative scholarly research efforts.

I completed my Ph.D. at the University of North Dakota in August 2017. During graduate school, my primary research interests included juror perceptions, victim culpability, cyber crimes and the law, and social injustices faced by underrepresented populations.  You can see some projects I've worked on by clicking on "My Research."

I have also worked on different usability projects.  I have applied common UX methodologies to test websites and apps, and used this information to give deliverable reports to website owners for usability improvement.  Check out some of my work under "My Work-Ux!"

I have also taught at the University of North Dakota, Northland Community and Technical College, the University of Wisconsin-Green Bay, and St. Norbert College.
